The project is located at Aden Abdulle International Airport(AAIA) and it consists of the Design (Architectural, Structural, Electrical, and mechanical Drawings) and Bid document, The new SCAA offices are G+2 stories which is a component of Offices, Dining with kitchen area,  Masjid, and services area.

Hansan conducted the following activities:

• –Prepared technical specifications, sketches for the design and construction, and bills of quantities with estimated costs.
• Produced the final design files and documents necessary for the tendering. The final design included detailed designs, BOQs, detailed drawings, estimated costs, technical specifications, and time schedules.
• Ensured standards of quality assurance in executing the services in accordance with the most appropriate national, international, and professional practices.
• Ensured completion of the work within the stipulated time limit, and ensured the handover of the services properly by getting the SCAA’s approval step by step.
